NewDeviceToken

Create a new device token if it doesn't exist already

**Requires Authentication**
Required role:	User

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/app/tokens

**NewDeviceToken** Parameters:

Token	body	string	No	The device token to save

**DeviceTokenInfo** Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
